Request a Placement ReviewHow do the machines work?
Our glass-front, self-service machines give customers access to packaged food, snacks and drinks. A customer scans the QR code to unlock the door, selects items and closes the door to complete the purchase. Computer-vision technology helps identify the products selected.
Who stocks and manages the machine?
Alfa Bright Commerce handles product selection, stocking, inventory monitoring, routine cleaning, maintenance and service. Your staff does not need to operate or restock it.
Who is responsible for machine maintenance?
Alfa Bright Commerce is fully responsible for routine maintenance, repairs and service. Your building owner, manager and staff are not expected to maintain or repair the machine. If an issue occurs, simply contact us and our team will handle it.
Can our property help choose the products?
Yes. We tailor our offering to meet the needs of your customers and visitors, then adjust selections based on demand and requests.
How often is the machine restocked?
Restocking depends on traffic and product demand at each location. We monitor inventory and schedule service to keep popular products available and the machine presentable.
Can one property receive more than one machine?
Yes, when traffic, space and demand support it. We can evaluate multiple floors, buildings or common areas and recommend an appropriate configuration.
What types of products can be offered?
Options may include cold drinks, snacks, candy, protein items, nuts, packaged breakfast choices, salads, lunch-style items and other sealed convenience products appropriate for the location.
Can customers request a specific product?
Yes. Customers can use the Product Options page to identify their machine or building and submit a request. We review availability, packaging, demand and suitability before deciding whether to add it.
What does the property need to provide?
A secure and accessible indoor area, appropriate floor space and reliable electrical service are typically required. We review these details during the placement evaluation.
What if we already work with another vending provider?
Share any existing arrangement during the review. We can discuss whether our machine can complement your current service, but your property should confirm that doing so is permitted under any existing agreement.
Is there a cost or long-term commitment for the property?
Our standard placement is designed to provide the amenity without equipment, stocking or routine-service costs to the property. Any placement terms will be clearly reviewed with you before installation.
